Shipping and Delivery FAQs
Q: How many days will it be delivered after placing the order?
A: Once the order is placed and payment is completed, we will ship the goods within 2 working days. Freight delivery takes about 1-3 working days. If the order is placed on Friday, the shipment will be postponed to the next Monday!
Q: Are supermarkets open for pickup or self-pickup?
A: Currently, all products on the official website are shipped by home delivery. There is no over-the-counter pick-up service and no physical stores have been established yet! (Some Liyingfang and parent-child selection stores have products on display, but there is no inventory on site, and purchased products are also delivered to your home.)
Q: Can you notify me when it is shipped?
A: After the product is shipped, the system will send an e-mail notification.
Q: Which home delivery logistics company is it?
A: We are currently cooperating with Hsinchu Logistics and Black Cat Delivery.
Q: Can the goods arrive on designated holidays?
A: You can note the desired arrival date in the order notes, but since some logistics stations do not deliver on holidays, the route and time schedule of the freight company should still be used!
Q: Can it be delivered to outlying islands? Do I need to pay extra for shipping?
A: It can be delivered to outlying islands! However, additional shipping charges must be paid. Please send a private message to LINE@customer service to confirm the address and shipping charges before paying! (LINE@Please search: @banfubi)
