A: Within seven days after receiving the goods, if you are not satisfied with the goods, you can return or exchange them. The goods must be completely packaged and unused before you can handle the return or exchange (food is not included). The seven-day appreciation period refers to the hesitation period. Not a trial period!
Note: The calculation of the seven-day appreciation period is based on seven days starting from the day after receiving the goods, and includes holidays.

Q: How long does it take to receive payment after returning the product?
